I did 20/20 lifestyle program 16 years ago. It will be an understatement saying that it was the best think I could do towards my health. More than the 40 pounds I lost, I gained the confidence to understand my body and what I need to do to be in a healthy weight. After the program, I never went back to any “diet”, or even a nutritionist. I knew exactly what I need to do to lose weight after having 2 kids or after holidays. Now I’m 41 and I’ve continue enjoying working out regularly and eating a balanced diet for most of my days. Before 20/20 I was never able to stick to any exercise program or even enjoy working out.
