Founded and guided by physicians, 20/20 LifeStyles gives you a team of experts whose sole focus is helping you lose weight and build habits to keep it off long-term. Working each week one-on-one, you’ll receive the motivation, accountability, and knowledge to succeed.

The 20/20 LifeStyles team is comprised of physicians, registered dietitians, personal trainers, licensed counselors, as well as a support team of program coordinators and assessment team.

  • Dr. Emily Johnson

    Dr. Padmini Nehru, MD

    Owner and Physician

    Dr. Emily Johnson

    Dr. Padmini Nehru, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in cardiac anesthesia. She has trained and taught at top institutions, including the Northwestern University, and the University of Cincinnati, where she led the cardiac anesthesia department. 

    Dr. Nehru’s expertise in cardiac anesthesia gave her deep insight into the impact of metabolic health on cardiovascular outcomes, driving her passion for lifestyle medicine to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Her personal experience with weight management led her to the 20/20 LifeStyles program, where she gained a deep appreciation for the program’s structured approach. Since joining the 20/20 medical team in 2004, she has helped hundreds of clients reduce or eliminate medications for hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol through sustainable lifestyle changes.

    I enjoy helping people break down barriers to change & helping them to find creative and sustainable ways to incorporate a wide variety of whole foods that works with their lifestyle. Also enjoy educating people about the power of nutrition and how it can support all aspects of their life. I have a passion for cooking and love helping people to find new and fun ways to incorporate the foods they like while achieving their health goals.  Experience working in the field of bariatrics and with bariatric surgery patients.

    Sarah Thompson

    Heather has been working with our 20/20 LifeStyles program since 2015.

    She has a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Central Washington University, was a Personal Trainer and the 20/20 LifeStyles Director. She has a passion to learn, grow, and continue to develop the program and services. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hiking, camping, and traveling.

    Allison is our office manager and 20/20 scheduling coordinator. She has worked for Pro Club for 18 years, starting in the food and beverage department; gaining knowledge of 20/20 cuisine and running the 21-day Challenge that followed 20/20 meal plans. As a former Massage Therapist, she has a passion for helping clients find the best path for their health and wellness. She gained a love for the 20/20 program working closely with our medical team in Grand Rounds and managing the Counseling Center Department. In her down time she loves to spend time playing baseball with her two girls and rooting for the Mariners with her husband.

    Shelly is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and has a passion for helping athletes and active individuals achieve optimal health and peak performance at all stages of life. She seeks to explain the what’s, when’s , why’s, and how’s of nutrition through evidence-based, yet approachable education and holistic practice that meets the needs of the individual. Prior to joining PRO Sports Club, she gained valuable experience through her position at the Lifelong AIDS Alliance in addition to her time spent working with triathletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Her background also includes teaching cooking classes and practice in body composition assessment, weight management, diabetes, and other clinical conditions.

    Tiffany is a registered dietitian with a Master of Science and is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics. She helps adult athletes and recreation exercisers maximize performance, optimize recovery, lose weight, and achieve health goals through nutrition. Instead of prescribing a rigid meal plan, Tiffany enjoys educating clients to feel confident in making their own food choices for a sustainable and personalized fueling plan.

    Nina is our Sales Manager here at 20/20 LifeStyles. She guides all participants through their enrollment process and helps set them up for success within 20/20. With a degree in Psychology and Health, plus 10 years of experience with 20/20 LifeStyles, Nina brings a passion for healthy habits and championing participant's success. Nina loves the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and two pups.

    Alison holds a degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University, and brings both a strong academic background and a passion for holistic health to her work. She began her career as a Personal Trainer and has worked closely with 20/20 clients since 2015, utilizing evidence-based strategies to support individuals in achieving their health goals. Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, Alison is dedicated to guiding individuals through their health journeys, offering tailored support and motivation along the way.

    As Program Supervisor, Alison oversees day-to-day operations with providers while also serving as the Alumni Resource Coordinator for the 20/20 Lifestyles program. She plays a key role in helping clients maintain long-term success by fostering lasting relationships with alumni, ensuring they stay connected to the program’s supportive community and continue to build on the success they’ve achieved. With a passion for helping others, a love for education, and a dedication to fostering lifelong health, Alison is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential.

    Outside of her professional work, Alison is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether skiing, mountain biking, or hiking with friends and family, she embraces the joy of an active lifestyle and strives to inspire others to do the same.

    David is a Registered Dietitian with a focus on weight management, combining his passion for nutrition education with a holistic approach to health. Committed to empowering his clients, David advocates for a sustainable whole foods strategy that steers clear of traditional dieting methods and promotes nutritional balance and well-being. Outside of PRO Club, David creates health-focused sauces designed to be healthier than the standard store-bought condiment with the same taste and quality texture.

    Hunter is a former Division III cross country and track runner who competed at a national level and continues to push himself in endurance races around the Pacific Northwest. With this commitment comes the understanding of dedication and hard work. Hunter is a lifelong learner and is currently earning his master’s degree in exercise science and does not expect to stop there. He seeks to learn as much as he can about the importance of diet and exercise to teach others how to live a healthy life. Hunter is passionate about showing others how movement is medicine and how it can empower someone to achieve their goals. Hunter believes that exercise is for everybody, and that exercise should not be a chore or something tedious, but engaging and exciting.

    Erica wears many hats as the phlebotomist, medical assistant, and assessment team technician.  She has vast experience in a variety of departments with nearly twelve years at PRO.  She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Exercise Sport Science.  Erica spends her spare time with her family, running, and volunteering with animals.
