    How It Works

    Kick off your CORE LifeStyles journey with a simple, flexible routine designed to fit your schedule. Follow three easy steps to start building the healthier life you deserve.

    Purchase your package

    Choose the plan that fits your goals. Once you sign up, we’ll email you with available times to schedule your first sessions and get you started with your providers.

    Complete your first month

    Start with an initial dietitian session and one follow-up to set your nutrition goals. You’ll also have a one-hour personal training consultation to  create your monthly workout plan.
    03

    Get into your routine

    Each month, you’ll meet with your dietitian for a check-in and join a weekly Q&A review. You’ll also connect briefly with your trainer to track progress and fine-tune your exercise program.

    I did 20/20 lifestyle program 16 years ago. It will be an understatement saying that it was the best think I could do towards my health. More than the 40 pounds I lost, I gained the confidence to understand my body and what I need to do to be in a healthy weight. After the program, I never went back to any “diet”, or even a nutritionist. I knew exactly what I need to do to lose weight after having 2 kids or after holidays.
