- - ¾ cup millet
- - 1 peach, sliced (or other seasonal fruit)
- - 2 cups water
- - Pinch of sea salt
Place millet in a fine strainer; rinse and drain. Combine millet, fruit, water and salt in a 2-quart saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low for 20-25 minutes (until all water is absorbed). Serve in bowls. Can also add non fat greek yogurt and berries.
