Spicy Crab & Grapefruit Salad (Stage 6)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 10 oz. grapefruit, cut into small segments
  • - 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • - 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • - 6 basil leaves, torn
  • - 4 cups salad greens
  • - 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • - 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • - 16 oz. crabmeat
  • - 1 bag Biena chickpea snacks, sea salt flavor

Mix crabmeat, red pepper, basil, pepper and olive oil in ~1 tbsp. grapefruit juice in medium bowl. Mix well. Add tomatoes, salad greens and grapefruit and mix again. Portion into four salad bowls and top with 4 oz. crabmeat and ¼ bag Biena chickpeas per serving.
