Garlic, Chicken & Pear Flatbread (Stage 7)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - •         1 cup spinach leaves
  • - •         1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • - •         1 Flat Out Wrap, Light whole grain
  • - •         1 tsp. minced garlic
  • - •         3 oz. chicken, shredded or sliced
  • - •         1 oz. fat-free feta cheese
  • - •         1 small pear, sliced

1. Add olive oil and spinach to a skillet over medium-heat, cook until tender. Spread garlic and spinach mixture over flatbread. Top with chicken, feta cheese and pear slices. Bake on 350F for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
