Bio: Lindsay enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, having worked with a variety of clients, from athletes to the elderly population. Through her research and experience she believes that proper education, goal setting, self-worth, and motivation are key factors for behavior change. Lindsay is committed to helping individuals adopt an active and healthy lifestyle. She also believes exercise should be fun and exciting, while training the person rather than the body. Combining these ideas, Lindsay designs individualized fitness programs based on the clients’ personal goals and interests. Some of her favorite activities include running, biking, and snowboarding.
