Workout Plan Stage 2

Stage 2 adds a few warm up exercises that you should do before your cardiovascular exercise.

During stage 2 continue with your cardio of 30- 45 minutes 5-6 days per week. Also, make sure your heart rate stays between 65 and 85% or your age predicted max. This week you will be adding in a few warm up exercise that you should do before your cardiovascular exercise. These exercises serve as a dynamic warm-up, and will increase muscular activity, flexibility, and blood flow. They will also help to get your muscles ready for the strength training that is coming in the next stage. Also, your pedometer should be removed during exercise, and remember to maintain your NEAT and keep your steps at 5,000 or more.
