Zesty Tofu Dip with Crudités (Stage 3)

A high protein dip that can be made ahead and then paired with your favorite combination of raw veggies for a satisfying snack!

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 10oz High Protein, Super Firm Tofu, cubed (Wildwood or TJ's brand work well)
  • - ¼ cup non-fat Cottage Cheese
  • - 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  • - 1 Tbsp Garlic, fresh, minced
  • - 2 Tbsp Parsley, fresh, minced
  • - 2 Tbsp Chives, fresh, minced
  • - 1 Tbsp Dill, fresh, minced
  • - Salt and Pepper to taste
  • - 4-6 cups of raw Vegetables (carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, etc.)

Place all ingredients except for vegetables in food processor. Use Pulse setting on food processor on/off for approximately 30 seconds or until mixture is well blended. Make sure not to over blend mixture, you do not want to puree the dip completely. Divide dip into 4 portions and serve with your choice of fresh, raw veggies!
