White Bean Dip (Stage 6)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 (16-ounce) can cannellini or white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • - 4 large cloves garlic, boiled for 5 minutes, then peeled and sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • - ¼ to ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • - 1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapenos (fresh or canned) or to taste

Combine the ingredients in a food processor, blending them until they are smooth.
