Vanilla Protein Cake Mug (Stage 5)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 package 20/20 Vanilla High Protein powder
  • - 1 pinch of salt
  • - 1/2 mashed banana
  • - 1 tbsp. nonfat milk (or desired milk alternative, such as almond or soy)

1. Add all of the ingredients to mug. Stir with a fork until very well blended. 

2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes (checking at 1) or until center is just set. Let cool slightly. 

3. Eat directly from mug. May be served with 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
