Vanilla Chai Shake (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 20/20 Meal Replacement
  • - 1 cup of cold water
  • - Pinch of nutmeg
  • - Pinch of cinnamon
  • - Pinch of cardamom
  • - 1 cup ice

Put ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. Have ½ cup of berries on the side.

    This is probably one of my favorite shakes. It is perfect for the afternoon snack, with a 1/2 cup of any berries... but I like it best with fresh strawberries!
