TVP Overnight Oats (Stage 4 version)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1/3 c TVP
  • - ½ banana, sliced
  • - 1/3 20/20 vanilla Ready to Drink shake
  • - 20 peanuts
  • - Cinnamon, to taste

Layer ingredients and let sit overnight. Enjoy cold or reheated in the morning!

Note: You can adjust to ¼ c TVP and ½ RTD shake for more ‘milky’ texture if desired.
You can also use 1/3 c dry oats, ¼ c TVP, 1/3 RTD shake, ½ c berries and 10 almonds for a stage 7 version (330 calories, 25g protein, 37g carb, 10g fat)
