- - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
- - 1 egg
- - 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- - 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- - 1/2 teaspoon basil
- - 1 teaspoon sea salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat an 8-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients together, mixing until completely combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake 1 1/4 hours, or until turkey temperature reaches 165°F.
