- - • 1 Oroweat sandwich thin (whole wheat)
- - • 4 oz canned tuna
- - • 1 T light Dijon vinaigrette
- - • 1 T black olives
- - • ½ cup arugula, loosely packed
- - • ½ tomato slice
- - • 1 T Hummus
- - • ½ hardboiled egg
- - • Pepper to taste
Remove Tuna from can and drain liquid completely. Mix the Dijon vinaigrette with tuna thoroughly. Place the tuna on the bottom half of the Oroweat sandwich thin. Add the sliced black olives, arugula, tomato, and hummus. Add the sliced egg and pepper to taste. Finally, place the top half of the sandwich thin on your creation.
