Trail Mix (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • -
    • 1 package Crunchamame brand dried edamame(or 90 calories of other dried edamame)
    • ¼ oz. shelled peanuts
    • ½ oz. unsweetened dried berries(such as Trader Joe’s, Just Fruit or Simply Balanced brands)
    • 1 tbsp. unsweetened, toasted (optional), coconut
  1. Mix all ingredients in a baggie or container, and enjoy as a stage 1 snack.

    Stores well, so prepare multiple portions at once as desired. Other nuts or seeds may be substituted for peanuts as well per taste preferences!
