- - 1 whole grain, low-carbohydrate/high-fiber wrap
- - ¼ cup tomato sauce
- - ¼ cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- - ½ cup chopped veggies (mushrooms, green peppers, olives)
- - 8 slices low fat turkey pepperoni
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly apply cooking spray to baking sheet. Place 1 wrap on baking sheet and add ¼ cup tomato sauce. Spread evenly over the wrap with a spatula. Sprinkle ¼ cup low fat mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Chop veggies into small pieces and add on top of cheese (can use other veggies if preferred). Next, add turkey pepperoni evenly across top of pizza. Place in oven on center rack for approximately 10 minutes or until done.
