Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Lightly spray a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and cayenne pepper (adjust to taste).
In a separate bowl, whip the egg white until lightly beaten.
Add all nuts and cranberries to whipped egg white and toss to coat.
Sprinkle spice mixture over nuts then mix until evenly distributed.
Pour nut mixture out onto cookie sheet, arranging in single layer.
Bake nut mixture for 9 minutes, stir, bake for an additional 9 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
