Santa Kebabs (Stage 4)
INGREDIENTS:
  • -
    • 1 medium banana
    • 5 strawberries
    • ~¼ of 2x2 inch piece of coconut meat
  1. Cut banana into about 5 straight pieces, discard the end pieces.

  2. Slice tops off of strawberries.

  3. Dice up coconut meat into small squares.

  4. Stack banana, strawberry (cut side on banana), and coconut square on top and skewer together. 

  5. Serve with favorite dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

*If out of skewers or toothpicks, you can use your favorite natural nut butter to ‘glue’ the pieces together.
