Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
  • - 1 Bottle of Cornet Bay Zesty Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil.

Place pork tenderloin in center of cookie sheet and use a basting brush or spatula to generously baste the meat on three sides with half the bottle of sauce.

More sauce can be used to your taste. You may use the remaining sauce for dipping; great chilled or heated up on the stove in a small sauce pot and served warm with the pork.

Bake pork until internal temperature reaches >145 degrees (~30 minutes).

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice and serve with additional raspberry chipotle sauce if desired.
