- - 1/2 cup Ricotta, reduced-fat
- - 4 drops Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia - Vanilla
- - 1 teaspoon orange zest, freshly grated
- - 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs, raw, sweetened
- - 2 each Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks
Place Ricotta, stevia drops and orange zest in blender, blend until smooth. Place 1/2 of blended mixture in champagne style flute or small glass. Top with 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa nibs, then add remaining portion of blended mixture layered on top of this, topped with remaining 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa nibs. Serve with 2 mini graham cracker sticks and enjoy!
