Raspberry Mocha Shake (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 20/20 Meal Replacement (Strawberry)
  • - ¾ cup water
  • - 1 shot decaf espresso
  • - 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - ½ cup raspberries
  • - 1 cup ice

Put ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency
