Quick Paneer (Stage 3)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 15 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ricotta cheese with a wire whisk until well blended. Place in 8-in. square pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until liquid has evaporated. Cool completely and cut into 1/2-in. squares.
