Quick & Easy Breakfast Sausage Patties (Stage 2)
INGREDIENTS:

    • 1lb ground 99% fat free turkey
    • 2 tsp dried sage
    • 1.5 tsp ground ginger
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • ¾ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 cup TJ’s broccoli slaw, chopped into small pieces.
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    
  1. Combine all the ingredients and shape into four patties

  2. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or longer if desired.

  3. Add oil to skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the middle.
