Delish. I did not add pumpkin, stevia or the baking powder and opted for pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Since I didn't use the pumpkin, I added a little water. They cooked up great.. tasted great. Due to the egg whites, they are not dense.. light, fluffy.. more like soufflé cakes.. but taste great in my opinion. Added side of turkey bacon and serving of fruit. I did not use the syrup option noted in the recipe.
