Protein Buckwheat Waffles (Stage 7)

Experiment with adding other flavors, like unsweetened cocoa, vanilla extract, etc.,or toppings such as sliced nuts, nut butter, semi-thawed berries or banana per your preference!

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1/3 cup P28 brand Buckwheat protein waffle mix
  • - 1/3 cup unsweetened cashew (or almond) milk
  • - 2 egg whites
  • - 1 tbsp. ground flax
  • - 1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Heat waffle iron to medium heat.

2. Whisk pancake mix with cashew milk, egg whites, flax and cinnamon. 

3. Pour batter in waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

4. Enjoy!
