Orange Spice Salmon (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1/3 c orange juice
  • - 4, 5 oz. salmon filets
  • - 1 tbsp. orange rind
  • - 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • - ¼ tsp. salt
  • - 1 tbsp. chili powder

1. Place juice in plastic bag, and salmon and marinade 30 minutes

2. Preheat oven to 350F

3. Combine orange rind through chili powder ingredients, pat onto salmon. Bake skin-side down 15 minutes or until flakes with a fork and cooked through.
