Orange-Sesame Vinaigrette (Stage 4)

For an Asian-themed meal, toss this dressing with salad or chilled, steamed vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
  • - ¼ cup orange juice
  • - ¼ cup white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
  • - 1 ½ Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • - ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • - 1 Tablespoon peanut oil
  • - 1 ½ teaspoons Asian sesame oil
  • - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Whisk together all the ingredients.
