No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites (Stage 7)

One of Erika’s favorite quick & easy snacks! They also double as a healthy dessert option, perfect for entertaining

INGREDIENTS:
  • - ½ cup peanut butter
  • - 2 tbsp. honey
  • - 1 tbsp. molasses
  • - 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • - ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • - ½ cup oats
  • - 1 vanilla 2020 dry powder shake

Add peanut butter to medium bowl, microwave on medium heat for ~20 seconds to soften. Add honey, molasses, vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Stir until combined. Add oats and shake, stir again until well combined (should have a slightly crumbly texture). Cover a baking sheet with wax paper. Roll mixture into balls and place on wax paper. Chill for ~1 hour and enjoy.
