Namkeen Lassi (Seasoned Buttermilk) (Stage 5)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 2/3 cup Plain Non Fat or Low Fat Yogurt
  • - 2/3 cup cold water
  • - 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • - Pinch roasted cumin powder

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.  Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
