- - 1 ½ tbsp low-fat mayo
- - ½ tsp paprika
- - ½ tsp garlic powder
- - ½ tsp onion powder
- - ¼ tsp pepper
- - 1/8 tsp oregano
- - 1/8 tsp ground thyme
- - 1 tbsp lemon juice
- - 1 pound cod filets
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish filets on a baking pan.
3) Combine spices and mayo in small bowl. Spread evenly over fish.
4) Bake until fish flakes- approximately 20-25 minutes.
