Spicy Cod (Stage 1)

Try this easy recipe to spice up your Cod.

Serves: 3

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 ½ tbsp low-fat mayo
  • - ½ tsp paprika
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp onion powder
  • - ¼ tsp pepper
  • - 1/8 tsp oregano
  • - 1/8 tsp ground thyme
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 pound cod filets

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2) Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish filets on a baking pan.
3) Combine spices and mayo in small bowl. Spread evenly over fish.
4) Bake until fish flakes- approximately 20-25 minutes.
