Lemon Cucumber Noodles with Cumin (Stage 2)

This recipe is a light, fresh side dish, which pairs perfect with your favorite protein!

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 whole cucumber
  • - 1 whole lemon, zested and juiced
  • - 1 dash sea salt
  • - 1 teaspoon cumin

1. To make the cucumber into noodles, use a spiral slicer, or Julienne peeler. You can also just make this recipe with diced cucumber


2. Once your cucumber is prepared how you like it, place it in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice, sea salt, and cumin


3. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with lemon zest


4. Enjoy!
