- - 2 packets 20/20 High Protein Vanilla Shake
- - 3/4 cup almond flour
- - 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- - Juice of 1 whole lemon
- - 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- - 2/3 cup blueberries
- - 1 tbsp. stevia (optional)
Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly spray baking sheet. Mix first five ingredients until combined.
Fold in blueberried until incorportated. Dollop mixture onto baking sheet to yield 10 cookies. Sprinkle stevia onto dough if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
