Honey Glazed Salmon (Stage 1)

It’s hard to believe that something so simple can taste so heavenly!

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 2 (4 oz) Salmon fillets
  • - 1 Tbsp honey
  • - 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • - Small pinch of salt/pepper

Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place skin side down, in a lightly oiled baking dish. Coat with honey and top with basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 15minutes or until done (about 10min per inch of thickness).
