Garlic and Lime Marinade (Stage 1)

Great summertime marinade for grilled chicken or fish

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • - 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • - 1 clove minced garlic (or more to taste)
  • - ½ Tbsp chopped cilantro (you can substitute parsley)
  • - ½ tsp cumin

Mix together all of the ingredients into a bowl. Place fish or chicken into the marinade making sure that all sides get an even coat.
