- - 1 Tbsp olive oil
- - 3 Tbsp lime juice
- - 1 clove minced garlic (or more to taste)
- - ½ Tbsp chopped cilantro (you can substitute parsley)
- - ½ tsp cumin
Mix together all of the ingredients into a bowl. Place fish or chicken into the marinade making sure that all sides get an even coat.
