Frontera Mexican Mole (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  1. If using leftover turkey: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add leftover turkey meat and mole sauce packet. Cook for ~5 minutes until warmed through. Garnish with toppings
  2. If using raw poultry: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over high heat. Brown chicken well on both sides, reduce heat to low.
  3. Pour sauce packet evenly over meat and cover tightly with lid. Simmer over low heat for ~10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Garish with toppings.
