- - 1 lb flank steak, trimmed of fat and cubed into bite size portions
- - ¼ cup shallots, minced
- - ½ cup 0% Hi Protein Plain Greek Yogurt
- - 2 Tbsp balsamic Vinegar
- - 2 tsp olive oil
- - 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- - 1/8tsp salt
- - 1/8tsp pepper
Cut flank steak across grain on a diagonal into 1/4 inch slices, then cubes. Place cubes in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Place all remaining ingredients in bag, toss well and marinate in fridge for at least 3hrs or overnight. Remove meat from bag and discard remaining marinade. Thread steak cubes onto skewers and grill approx. 2 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Serve with cranberry sauce or favorite sauce of choice.
