Eggnog Protein Shake (Stage 1)

Great fall-inspired recipes for breakfast or snack shakes!

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 packet 20/20 Vanilla High Protein Powder
  • - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk-4oz.
  • - Almond Butter-1tbsp
  • - English Toffee Essence-3drops
  • - Rum Extract-1/4tsp.
  • - Nutmeg-1/4tsp.
  • - Cinnamon-1/4tsp.
  • - 1/2 Cup Water
  • - 1/2 Cup Ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until it becomes a smooth consistency.
