Edamame, Feta & Grape Salad (Stage 4)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 2 cups shelled edamame
  • - 1 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half
  • - 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • - Ground black pepper, to taste
  • - 3 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese

1. Toss all ingredients except feta cheese until combines. Gently stir in cheese. Refrigerate until use and enjoy!
