Easy Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes (Stage 4)
INGREDIENTS:
  • -
    • 1 banana, mashed
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp. almond meal(such as Bob Red Mill brand)
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tbsp. powdered peanut butter(such as PB2 brand)
    • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond, flax or cashew milk
    
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined

  2. Pour batter into 2 small pancakes on griddle or stovetop

  3. Cook over medium heat, flip when each side has cooked through (approx. 3 minutes per side) and enjoy!
