- - ¼ tsp curry powder
- - 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- - 1 1/3 cups fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
- - 2/3 cup uncooked whole wheat couscous
Over medium heat, place olive oil, curry and allspice in medium saucepan; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
