Coconut Lime Cauliflower “Rice” with Thai Shrimp Skewers (Stage 2)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 3 Trader Joe’s Thai Lime Shrimp Skewers
  • - 1 serving Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice (recipe here)
  • - 1 serving 20/20 Tomatillo Avocado Salsa (recipe here)

Cook 3 TJ’s Thai Lime shrimp skewers according to directions, remove from skewers and place over 1 serving of cauliflower rice, then top with ¼ cup 20/20 Tomatillo Avocado Salsa. Enjoy!
