Chocolate Peppermint Shake (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 20/20 Meal Replacement (Chocolate)
  • - 1 cup of mint flavored water
  • - (Metromint)
  • - 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - 1 cup ice

Put ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. Have ½ cup of berries on the side.

    This is one of my favorite flavors - just a hint of mint! My fave variation calls for Metromint Chocolate Mint water, a shot of espresso, 1 tbs. peanut butter & 1 tbs. of fiber powder. Yum!
