Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie (Stage 3)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 3 packages (6 pieces) 20/20 Chocolate Peanut flavor protein bar
  • - 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • - 2 Cups 0% Greek yogurt
  • - 1 package 20/20 Dry Protein Powder, chocolate flavor
  • - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - 2 tbsp. PB2 brand or Belly Lou's brand powdered peanut butter
  • - 2 tbsp. stevia
  • - 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • - 1 tub TruWhip brand whipped topping, original flavor (thawed)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grind bars in food processor until they resemble crumbs. 

2. Mix with peanut butter and press into 9" pie tin. (Optional: make mini pies and divide filling amongst muffin tin!)

3. Bake for 5 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely. 

4. Mix together filling ingredients, except whipped topping, until fully incorporated. 

5. Fold in whipped topping and pour into crust. 

6. Chill at least 1 hour, overnight for best results.
