Chili Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry (Stage 2)

Simple and easy to make, this recipe is also creative and flavorful.

Serves:4

INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
  • - 2 Tbsp peanut oil
  • - 2 Tsp chili powder
  • - 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • - 2 Tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili sauce
  • - 2 Cup small broccoli florets
  • - 2 Cup carrots sliced thinly

Sprinkle half chili powder on the chicken
Heat the oil together with the garlic and the other half of the chili powder in a wok or large sauté pan over medium heat for 60 seconds, or until the garlic starts to brown
Add the broccoli and carrots and stir gently for 2-3 minutes
Add the chicken and Sriracha
Continue stirring for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
