Cheese Crisps (Stage 3)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 2 oz low fat cheese (American or Cheddar)
  • - Cayenne pepper to taste
  • - Garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cut low-fat cheese into squares.  Place on cooking sheet.  Sprinkle cayenne pepper and garlic powder to taste.  Bake for approximately 7 minutes.

    These are fantastic. For an easy way to get them off the cookie sheet, put parchment paper in before the cheese. For a fun variation, instead of cayenne pepper, use lemon pepper.
