- - ¼ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- - 2 teaspoons orange peel
- - 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon lime juice
- - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- - ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- - ½ teaspoon minced fresh oregano
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side - until no trace of pink remains.
