Breakfast Peanut Butter Shake (Stage 1)
INGREDIENTS:
  • - 1 20/20 Meal Replacement
  • - 1 cup cold water
  • - 1 Tbs all natural peanut butter
  • - ½ cup frozen berries
  • - 1 cup ice
  • - Optional: add 1 Tbs 20/20 Lifestyles Clear Fiber

Put ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency

    I love this shake. This is the only one that I make. I have it at least 3 times a week. I use fresh berries but it is great with strawberries. No pits... or residue from the fruit. Excellent flavor with a touch of peanut butter.

    I LOVE these shakes - I have been drinking them every day for 9 years. My favorite is chocolate protein powder with peanut butter and frozen blueberries. I thought it was a weird combination in the beginning but now I can't start the day without it!
