Put ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency
make sure you add the fiber!very tasty
I love this shake. This is the only one that I make. I have it at least 3 times a week. I use fresh berries but it is great with strawberries. No pits... or residue from the fruit. Excellent flavor with a touch of peanut butter.
I LOVE these shakes - I have been drinking them every day for 9 years. My favorite is chocolate protein powder with peanut butter and frozen blueberries. I thought it was a weird combination in the beginning but now I can't start the day without it!
