- - 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- - 1 cup diced, ripe mango
- - ½ cup diced red onion
- - 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- - 2 Tbsp minced jalapenos
- - Juice of 1 lime, fresh squeezed
- - ¼ finely chopped fresh cilantro
- - Pinch of finely ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients, beans through pepper and allow to chill for 30min+ to let flavors combine. Serve with homemade corn tortilla chips or use as a fresh salsa topping for lean meats!
