- - 1 cup water
- - Pinch of sea salt
- - 1 cup whole wheat couscous
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add couscous. Cover pan and remove from heat. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Fluff grain with a fork before serving. If desired, stir in a few drops of oil to keep the couscous from clumping.
